Where will we meet at Exeter Airport?
We’ll meet you at Car Park A, just outside the main terminal. Don’t worry about the drop-off fee – we’ll cover this for you. Drop off location Google Maps Link
Where is my car stored?
Our valet car park is a 10-minute drive from the airport, in a secure facility. We are fully insured to the highest standards to give you peace of mind.
How do I contact my driver?
The day before you are due to fly, your driver will be in contact via text message.
Operating hours
We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We understand that travelling can be stressful, so we aim to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Can I book at short notice?
We recommend booking in advance. Limited spaces are available to book up to 2 hours prior to your arrival time at the airport. All bookings are subject to availability; we reserve the right to withdraw availability at our discretion.
Do I need to hand my keys in?
Yes – we are a valet parking service. We meet you in the Exeter Airport drop-off zone just outside the terminal and return your car to the same place when you land.
Are there any height restrictions?
There are no height restrictions in our car park. However, we do require your vehicle’s make and model so we can allocate larger spaces if necessary.
Are electric vehicle (EV) charging points available?
No we do not not offer EV Charging, please make sure your car can hold enough charge for the period you are away.
Why is there no availability for my dates?
If you cannot find availability, it is likely that:
The product is fully booked, or
You have not met the booking conditions for that product.

How do I amend my booking?
You can amend your booking by logging into your account or contacting our team via the webform. The more notice you give, the easier it is for us to accommodate changes.
Please note: Bookings amended less than 24 hours before arrival may not be eligible for a refund.
How do I cancel my booking?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booking to avoid charges. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a refund may not be possible.

To give you complete peace of mind, we document your vehicle from every angle using the same cutting edge technology trusted by leading car rental companies. Both the interior and exterior are scanned to capture the vehicle’s condition at the time of drop-off.
AI Vehicle Scanning
We use FocalX.ai — an industry-leading AI image scanning tool — to detect and record any existing marks, scratches, or imperfections. The system generates a detailed report using trained AI, ensuring transparency and precision.
Upon Return
This process is repeated when your car is returned. Our priority is to care for your vehicle as if it were our own, and this technology ensures that every detail is logged, verified, and protected.
