These are the steps to follow when arriving at the airport before your flight.
Drive into Car Park P1 (Short Stay / Pick-up & Drop-off)
Take a ticket at the entrance barrier and give it to your driver.
Your 15-minute drop-off ticket is included, so you do not need to pay for it.

We scan your car to record its condition.
Then hand us your keys and parking ticket.
Take your luggage and walk across to the terminal.
Check-in is just a short walk away.
If you need to change it, let us know at least one hour in advance.
Your vehicle handover must take place within 14 minutes of entering P1.
We cover one P1 parking ticket up to £8.
Any parking charges above £8 are payable by you.
We track your flight to arrange your return handover.

We’ll email and text you 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Check your details and let us know if anything has changed.
We track your flight and adjust for flight delays.
If you’re delayed after landing, please let us know by replying to the text you received the day before.
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall, by the main doors. They will be holding a name board and looking out for you. Our drivers are scheduled around your flight’s arrival time. We aim to have your car in Car Park P1 around 20 minutes after your plane lands, allowing time for you to disembark and make your way through arrivals.
Our driver will walk with you to your car and complete the final vehicle checks and return your keys.
You’re then ready to drive home.

On Departure – Stay with your car in a marked bay in P1.
